Why take part in IMS ?

For many years, the AXA group has been strongly implied in actions regarding sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. Supported by other corporate leaders, Claude Bébéar, president of the AXA group, founded the “IMS-Entreprendre en France” association in 1986. To this day, its mission remains to help other corporations integrate societally innovative procedures (led by other corporate actors) in to their policies of social responsibility.
AXA Luxembourg logically connected itself with this evolution and its participation in the creation of IMS Luxembourg went hand in hand with the general sustainable development policies of the AXA group.

Which place does Corporate Social Responsibility hold in your company ?

CSR occupies an increasing importance at the heart of the AXA group and in our entity in Luxembourg. AXA wishes to progress at economic level, whilst bearing in mind the needs of the generations to come. We encourage our major partners to do the same.
Our motto “D’Assurance/ nei erfannen” (re-invent insurance) thus receives a deeper meaning.

What are your CSR policies and frameworks ?

In 2003, AXA defined its involvement policies in regard to its partners: clients, shareholders, employees, suppliers, society and the environment. These involvements concretely expose the spirit of responsibility we work with.
