Why take part in IMS ?

The reasons that pushed us to create and develop our corporation, as well as our fundamental values, are based on the respect for the individual (employees, clients, partners,…), as well as for personal and professional aspirations. We are also very conscious of our social responsibility as employer and economic actor.

Which place does Corporate Social Responsibility hold in your company ?

CSR on a daily basis is important. At our stage of development, it is most tangible in the employer-employee relationship. At a&c, we believe in respect and trust, as well as in real consideration for the performances and aspirations of each and every employee.

What are your CSR policies and frameworks ?

- In regard to our employees:

Trust and autonomy are anchored in our resource management activities, which our employees put at our disposal.

  • Great autonomy of action, trust and empowerment of employees.
  • Dialogue and constant support of the staff in order to detect needs, anticipate possible issues, react and suggest made-to-measure solutions.
  • Open information policy regarding the corporation’s evolution, challenges, clients,.... This policy includes the staff and proves that their contribution is appreciated and that the decisions that have an impact on them are taken in a collaborative manner.
  • Policy of gratitude and motivating feedback. “Thank you” is a term which our employees have the pleasure of hearing several times a day. a&c shares its successes with its employees via a motivating variable salary.
  • Respecting private life, we encourage part-time and long-distance work. There is a possibility of “stepping back a bit” and varying working hours.
  • Life-long learning is strongly encouraged and very important in terms of firm investment for full- and part-time work.

- In regard to our clients:

We work in a transparent, qualitative and serious manner in everything we do. We act loyally and honestly, like we do towards our employees.
Regarding our activities: utilisation of recycled paper and of messengers privileging “green” locomotion; increased purchase of fair trade products.
