Why take part in IMS ?
What seduced us in the procedures of IMS is the synergy of skills, common interests and the simple wish to look in a common direction. We are convinced that the future and future generations will need this creativity to give shape to new models of corporate development through procedures of collective consciousness and respect. Our job allows us to meet many varied personalities: this is why we believe in human potential, its resilience, its faculty of facing problems individually, as well as collectively. We cannot resolve problems, from day to day, as we have done in the past. It is a general and collective reflexion, founded on the efficiency of the networks of skills and experience that will allow us to find a solution, a new way of considering our different professions.
Which place does Corporate Social Responsibility hold in your company ?
We feel that our mission is to accompany ALL individuals, and not merely managers or directors, in their development and search for individual potential. Our procedure rests on the observation that, for a corporation to evolve, it must be able to capitalise on all the skills of all its employees in policies of responsible Human Resources without leaving anyone behind.
Furthermore, we strongly consider our work as an accompaniment. By using our tools correctly, whilst getting the right instruction to handle them properly, the corporations can be sensitised regarding their wish to progress. For all this, we apply the fundamental rules of CSR.
What are your CSR policies and frameworks ?
- every individual has the right to value his or her potential within the corporation
- we do not give all set and preformatted advice, but encourage the corporations to find efficient solutions themselves, driven by their own efforts and wish for progress
- we see our profession as an accompaniment, a support, in a collective evolutionary procedure
