Why take part in IMS ?

As Noble&Scheidecker are strong supporters of the values of sharing and respect, and are very concerned with corporate social responsibility in regard to their employees and collaborators, our legal cabinet contributed to the creation of IMS Luxembourg.

Noble&Scheidecker wish to contribute to the necessary evolution of mentalities that is required in order to surmount current challenges in an innovative manner.

Which place does Corporate Social Responsibility hold in your company ?

Social Responsibility holds a leading place at the heart of Noble&Scheidecker at the level of its conceptualisation, as well as of its internal treatment in regard to the entirety of the employees.

Noble&Scheidecker make it a point of honour to uphold an internal policy that respects everyone’s integrity, values skills and allows personal development thanks to the synergies generated by teamwork and the harmonious complementarity of the employees.

What are your CSR policies and frameworks ?

At Noble&Scheidecker, Social Responsibility is present at various levels and always based on concepts of equality of opportunity, diversity and integration, as well as on the conciliation between the private and professional life of our employees.

This line of thought is applied starting from the recruitment phase, in which we attempt to identify the potential of individuals, regardless of ethnic origin, gender, religion, personal history, etc. This openness of spirit is clearly reflected in the human diversity of the cabinet.

We are constantly thinking about the putting in to place of measures offering the best conditions for professional evolution, whilst at the same time taking in to consideration individual restraints by offering solutions “to measure”, whether it is in terms of time management, on-site assistance, etc.

In parallel, there is much contemplation in regard to the cabinet’s responsibility towards the environment. Thus, various projects will be concretised in order to guarantee Noble&Scheidecker’s environmental responsibility in the following months.

Noble&Scheidecker sees itself as a cabinet that is much implicated in the association and wishes to bring in its juridical expertise throughout the association’s evolution.

Beyond its technical help, Noble&Scheidecker presses the exchange of ideas and experiences between all the members of IMS, as well as the systematic questioning of traditional approaches, in order to gain insight regarding the core values of Corporate Social Responsibility throughout the Grand Duchy.
