IMS Luxembourg’s activities are mainly focused around four themes of intervention:

• Corporate citizenship: for the exchange between companies and associations, the supply of competencies or materials, the mobilisation of employees,…

• Corporation and territory: facilitating the interaction between companies and the territories in which they work or are based (support of the professional insertion of young persons, dialogue with local authorities, prediction of economic changes, sustainable development, well-being at the workplace,...).

• Managing diversity: fighting discrimination in corporations.

• Societal innovation: monitoring and researching rising social topics.
