Why take part in IMS ?
For a couple of years now, we have been working in favour of corporate social responsibility, alongside our clients. We joined IMS Luxembourg because it seemed interesting to be able to exchange ideas and experiences with other actors, who showed the same commitment. We thus hope to make CSR, as well as our own corporation, evolve.
Which place does Corporate Social Responsibility hold in your company ?
CSR is founded on the respect towards one's self, towards others, but also towards one’s environment. CSR is an every-day element and, as such, everyone’s responsibility.

Regarding the environment
* Waste separation with the acquiring of the Superdreckskëscht label
* Setting up energy-saving procedures
* Working with local suppliers
* Buying bio, seasonal and local products
* Travel management

* Individual annual interview
* Creation of a ladder of talents
* Annual course plan
* Respect for and understanding of everyone’s needs
* Amelioration of our employees’ wellbeing through organisation of team-building and informational meetings
* The signing of a Charta that implies the employees and well as the managers
* Regularly hiring trainees
* Hiring people aged 45+
Regarding our clients
* We work in a serious, honest and transparent way. Furthermore, we strive to exceed ourselves every day in order fulfil and surpass our clients’ expectations. This allows us to establish relations of trust with them.
* We offer ecological tools such as FSC paper for invitations or the CO2 compensation of events
* We are also currently thinking about an ISO certification
