Why take part in IMS ?
Joining IMS Luxembourg is part of our wish to share our multiple experiences with various actors of Luxembourg's scene. We are convinced that these exchanges will help CSR evolve in a sustainable manner.
Which place does Corporate Social Responsibility hold in your company ?
Our group is currently comprised of 90 people, who believe in “GREEN” values, which we appoint to CSR culture.
The first fruits of this culture have led us to set up actions that will allow to sensibly improve our societal policies in regard to our employees, clients and partners.
What are your CSR policies and frameworks ?
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is connected with the companies’ and associations’ utilisation of the three dimensions of sustainable development: the economic dimension (efficiency, profitability), the social dimension (work conditions, human rights) and the environmental dimension (consumption of resources, limitation of our impact / emission).
PROgroup defends values that place mankind at the heart of our actions.
At PROgroup's core, our Social Responsibility is connected with the application of sustainable development principles: we do, of course, care about our profitability and growth, but also about our social and environmental impacts. We are vigilant in regard to the preoccupations of all our economic and social (direct and indirect) partners: employees, stakeholders, clients, suppliers and civil society represented by NGOs, local clusters and authorities.
As a strategic measure, our social and environmental responsibility covers the entirety of our activities. It concerns our collaborators, environment, management, commercial actions, local impact and citizenship.
We believe that current stakes are important enough to be taken in to consideration. Therefore, we’re aiming to improve our managerial practices, as well as our social and environmental strategies: our immaterial value will increase.
We promise to follow the United Nations’ Global Compact and to produce reports in accordance with the recommendations of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
